2. You will receive a Form B by email advising costing (A$295) and payment methods.
3. Refund Policy: After June 30 2025, there will be a $50.00 charge and after July 31st 2025, no refund will be allowed. Cancellation must be in writing although oral notice by the cancellation date followed by written confirmation will be acceptable.
The Treasurer shall refund the cancellations meeting the above requirements after the end of the month of the Forum. Refunds of deposits for any extra events may be made upon written request made before July 31st 2025.
